A fabulous evening for Nancekivell & Partners Auction, with a large turn out of potential bidders for the two plots of land that where being auctioned off.
First to be offered was a Stone Barn & Land , Rowberrow, Winscombe, Somerset which comprised of 15.83 acres which was available as a whole or in 4 lots. A guide price of £150,000 the barn & land sold for £295,000
Followed by 4 acres of Equestrian pastureland on Nye Road, Sanford, Somerset which made £85,000.
